In our pursuit of always providing the best drinks possible, we’ve partnered with our friends at Zion Coffee in Peoria to create a brand new espresso blend, just for Eli’s!
It’s tailor made for our drinks and tastes great on its own or in your favorite specialty drink. Just listen to this profile: well balanced with notes of cocoa, caramel, and brown sugar sweetness. Does that not sound like it would taste perfect in the Bohemian?! Yeah we thought so, too.
Along with our new blend, we’ve retooled our espresso a bit so that our shots are more bold and flavorful. If you’re used to getting an extra shot or two in your drinks, maybe err on the side of less until you nail down exactly how you like your drink with our new espresso.
