Fall is when Central Illinois truly shines.
Literally. Everything turns golden as the sun dips lower in the sky, catching on corn tassels and glinting through the steam rising from the local elevator at harvest time. Loads of pumpkins have already begun their journey into Morton’s Libby’s Pumpkin plant, and ultimately into your favorite desserts at Eli’s!
The menu you get to explore below features a lineup of favorite fall flavors, reimagined in unexpected drinks and sweets. Take Pumpkin Spice: you’ve had a PSL, but add honey + cinnamon and it’s a whole new experience! Not a coffee drinker? A Banana Brulée Chai delivers those hug-in-a-mug vibes! Not into pumpkin? Try apple cider or s’mores instead.

Banana Brulée Chai
Okk what is a fall flavor anyway, if not anything that makes you want to wrap your hands around your mug and watch a chilly autumn rain come down? For your consideration, we submit this Banana Brulée Chai, the coziest concoction of sweet banana, salty caramel, and the best chai spices.
Enjoy it hot, iced, or blended!
Campfire Cold Brew
Our signature smooth cold brewed coffee with wonderfully spiced biscoff cookie butter syrup, topped with a sweet crown of toasted marshmallow cold foam and a drizzle of dark chocolate. Throw another log on the fire – it’s shaping up to be a beautiful Fall!

Candy Apple Twist
Let’s be honest – there are a lot of hot days ahead of us, even though we’re all ready for sweaters and bonfires. The Candy Apple Twist bridges that gap with it’s tart apple cider, cranberry, Pink Lotus and fizz. It’s somehow ultra-refreshing, energizing, and a little cozy + warming all at once. A perfect pairing for stomping around an apple orchard in a too-warm sweater!
Golden Hour Latte
Like the fields at sunset, this newcomer to the Autumn Menu shines with golden caramel, rich hazelnut, and a swirl of cookie butter warmth. You can choose your favorite milk, but I particularly love this one with oat milk. Crown it with rich + creamy whipped cream and an extra drizzle of caramel!
Enjoy this one hot, iced, or blended.

Pumpkin Pie Miel
When you’re feeling a little more fancy than a basic PSL, the Pumpkin Pie Miel is here to level things up. It incorporates the local honey and ground cinnamon of a Miel and adds our pumpkin pie flavoring. Things get topped off with whipped cream, an extra drizzle of honey, and a shake of cinnamon.
Enjoy it hot, iced, or blended.
Spiced Caramel Apple Cider
Pure Vermont apple cider is the essence of Fall coziness! Keep it classic with just its warm spices, or dress it up with a shot of caramel, whipped cream, and caramel drizzle.

Bakery
Autumn kicks off a truly delicious season in the bakery! There’s no limit to the amount of pumpkin, spices, apple cider, and warmth to be enjoyed in this lineup of sweets.

Chocolate Zucchini Muffin
Looking for a sweeter start to your day? Chocolate Zucchini muffins certainly do that, and woah do they pair great with a simple cup of coffee. Sip of coffee, bite of muffin, and repeat.
These seasonal muffins are studded with enough zucchini to make you feel a little less worried about the mini chocolate chips right beside ‘em in every bite.
Pumpkin Brown Butter Scone
You know how the best ideas come on kinda slowly? Like you think something’s great but then you realize it could be leveled up again? That’s Pumpkin Scones at Eli’s. I revamped this recipe a few years back and they were gooood. Flaky, buttery, lightly spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Yum.
But last year? I realized these were missing a depth of flavor and browned butter was the secret. They’re now topped with a brown butter and maple icing for a perfect autumn flavor combination!

Pumpkin Latte Coffee Cake
It’s hotly contested, but this might be the year’s most popular coffee cake, and once you hear this flavor lineup, you might be ready to cast your vote, too. This delicate pumpkin cake gets swirled with ribbons of espresso cream cheese, a buttery oatmeal streusel, and a drizzle of vanilla icing.
Pro tip :: Ask your barista to warm it in the oven before enjoying. Perfection.
Pumpkin Chocolate Cookie (WF/V)
Pumpkin meets molasses and lots of dark chocolate chips, plus a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, for a sweet and spiced cookie, perfect for a Fall treat. Naturally vegan and wheat-free so all can enjoy!

Spiced Apple Knot
Tart apple filling swirls with caramelized cinnamon + brown sugar in this fall-inspired twist on a cinnamon roll. It’s topped with just a little of that luscious brown butter icing. I’m ready to call it: this is going to be my go-to breakfast this season!
