Turning twenty-one calls for a different kind of party at Eli’s! A week of celebrating kicks off Tuesday, January 27th and runs through our birthday on Monday, February 2nd. We hope you can join us!
This week, your local coffee spot is giving you a peek at what Eli’s looks like as her alter ego: a cocktail lounge! A menu of limited edition cocktail-inspired drinks await, alongside three chances to try them all with our first-ever Flight Nights. These are all, of course, alcohol-free mocktails, so we’re excited to see your whole family enjoy. Keep scrolling to meet them all and to grab your ticket for a Birthday Flight Night!

Cosmopolitan
Our take on the Carrie Bradshaw of cocktails takes the form of a Twist with blood orange and a hint of ginger topped with cranberry juice + sparkling water. Energizing Pink Lotus dupes for the standard vodka shot, and an orange wedge is the final flourish!

Hot Toddy
Wait, you’ve seen this one before! It’s just too good to leave it alone during the depths of winter. A classic Hot Toddy includes whiskey, but ours brings that throat-tingling sharpness with sharp Moroccan Mint green tea. Honey + peach syrup sweetens things up, and a splash of lemonade + lemon slice top it off.

Mudslide
A dessert cocktail featuring coffee liquor, chocolate ice cream, and irish cream? We had to recreate a Mudslide as a Blended Cocoa! Our take adds Irish Cream syrup + a shot of espresso to your beloved Blended Cocoa, and chocolate drizzle + chocolate whipped cream take it over the decadent top.

Pina Colada
Take a lil beach vacay without ever leaving home this winter! No rum required, this creamy frozen lemonade is perfectly sweet + tart with real pineapple + coconut blended together.

Bring a friend and enjoy Eli’s after dark with a lineup of family-friendly mocktail style drinks, light bar snacks, and a decidedly more grown-up vibe! All flight nights will take place at our Morton Shop.
