Cancelling an online/mobile order

If you have submitted an online order and need to cancel it, please contact the location you placed the order to by phone at (309) 263-0507. Our team at the shop will then be able to cancel the order for you.

We do not recommend using our online customer service channels such as chat or email to request an order cancellation. While our team tries to respond to issues quickly, we cannot guarantee the ability to respond to online inquires quickly enough to process an order cancellation. Calling the shop directly for cancellations will ensure a prompt response.

Refunds on cancelled orders

If your online order has not already been prepared and we received a cancellation request, your order will be fully refunded. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and returned to your original payment method.

Orders which have already been prepared may be ineligible for a refund.
