Changing Your Phone Number

Overview

If you need to change or update your phone number on your Eli’s Rewards account, there are a couple of ways to accomplish this.

Using the App

If you are using the Eli’s Rewards app, you can tap on your Profile, then tap the Update button. From here, you can update the account to your new phone number.

Contacting Us

If you have already changed your phone number and are unable to log into your account, you can reach out to our customer care team for assistance. Please provide us with your old phone number, and your current new phone number so we can update the account.
