What are e-Gift Cards?

An e-Gift Card is an easy way to send someone the gift of Eli’s! Anyone can purchase an e-Gift card from our website.

Sending an e-Gift Card

To send an e-Gift Card, you’ll start by picking out the design of the card, selecting the amount you’d like to send, and then typing a personalized message.

Next, you’ll type in the recipient’s information. The recipient’s phone number will how they will use the e-Gift Card, and will map to their Eli’s Rewards account if they have one, so be sure to correctly enter in the phone number with area code, but without country code.

Finally, you will enter in your information, and pay for the gift. Once you submit the order, your recipient will receive an email notification of their e-Gift Card to the address you entered in.

Receiving an e-Gift Card

If you have received an e-Gift Card, the balance will be automatically added to your Eli’s Rewards account as Eli’s Credit. If you do not already have an account, one will be created using your phone number. To pay for an order with your e-Gift Card balance, you simply need to enter your phone number at checkout.

If the email address you received the notification of the e-Gift Card at is different than the one in your Eli’s Rewards account, don’t worry. e-Gift Cards are mapped by phone number, not email address, so you should still have access to your gift.

You can use your e-Gift Card balance to pay for both in-store and online/mobile orders.
