Missing App Login Codes
Issue
Occasionally, customers do not receive the login SMS code for the Eli’s Rewards app. If you are not receiving a login SMS code to your phone when trying to log into the app, the most common cause is your phone may be blocking the SMS messages.
Checking SMS settings on an iPhone
If you have an iPhone, you can checked on any blocked numbers by going following these steps:
- Go to Settings
> Apps > Messages. - Tap Blocked Contacts, then do any of the following:
- Unblock a number you’ve blocked: Swipe left on a number in the list, then tap Unblock. Or tap Edit, then tap

You may also want to check that you do not have Business Alerts turned off. To check this, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings
> Apps > Messages. - Check any of the following:
- Apple Messages for Business: Tap Business Messages
- RCS Business Messages: Tap RCS Messaging

Checking SMS settings on Android
To check if the SMS login messages are being blocked on an Android device, you can follow these steps:
- In Google Messages, tap your profile photo.
- Select Spam & blocked.
- Check through the blocked messages. If you see the login code message(s), open one and tap Not Spam.
