Sharing Credit

Any credit that you load onto your Eli’s app can be shared with any other app user!

To share some of your credit, go to the My Credit screen from your app’s home screen. 

Your credit page should look like this: 

Next, tap on the Share Credit button at the bottom right corner of the screen.

This will open the Share Credit window. You’ll type in your name, the name of the person to whom you’d like to send credit, and how much you’d like to send:

Once you have the info filled out, tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen. This will allow you to share your credit through whatever means you would like. It could be a text message, email, or any other messaging app that you use. This is an example of what a text message would look like: 

When the recipient clicks on the link, they’ll be taken to this web page: 

They’ll first need to make sure they’re logged into their Eli’s app, and then they can click the link at the bottom of the screen.

NOTE: Your recipient must have the app installed on their phone and be logged in, in order to receive shared credit.

Once they click on the link, it will open their app, and they’ll see the following messages: 

The sender will also receive a confirmation message, once the receiver of the credit has claimed it in their app.
