Updating your Vehicle

Overview

This article explains how to update your saved vehicle information in the Eli’s Rewards App.

Process

  1. Start by opening your Eli’s app and tapping on the Order button down at the bottom to start an order.
  2. Select either Curbside or Drive Thru as your pickup option.
  3. Confirm your location and select any items you wish to order.
  4. When you have your items, tap Checkout on the bottom right of the screen.
  1. Scroll down until you see the Customer Details listed. Your most recent saved information will populate in the boxes.
  1. To update your information, select the box right under where it says Saved Information. This will have a unique title based on your previous saved vehicles.
  2. Select the first option that says Select one…
  1. From here, you can type in a new vehicle type where it says Vehicle Type. This will save your new vehicle for future orders.

NOTE: Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to delete previously saved vehicle types.
