How do I start using Eli’s Rewards?Start by downloading the Eli’s Rewards app and creating an account. You can also create your account via our website.
Once your account is set up, just give your phone number to your Barista during your next visit to start earning points!
Will my points ever expire?Points never expire, but any rewards or gifts that you receive will expire within 30 days (unless otherwise noted) if not used.
How do I redeem my points?Points can be redeemed for free drinks or food by tapping the Point Shop button in your Eli’s Rewards app.

Do you take orders over the phone?Catering orders must be placed online and cannot be taken over the phone.
How quickly can an order be picked up?We need a minimum of two days to ensure we are able to accommodate your order. If you need items faster, please contact your nearest shop at (309) 263-0507 to check product availability.
Can I order less than one dozen items?If you need fewer than one dozen items, you can visit your nearest Eli’s shop or place an order online for pickup. While our shops are typically well-stocked, we may not be able to guarantee product availability.
Can I order any of your sandwiches or salads?Right now we are just focused on bakery items, but hope to expand our catering offerings soon!
