There’s no place like your hometown for the holidays. It’s a community carol sing. Or seeing the tree lit in the gazebo on the square for the first time. The day the lamp poles get their holiday decor. It’s getting into your favorite local boutique and finding the best gifts.
Our hope for this Holiday Menu is that it can make you feel at home for the holidays, taking you through Thanksgiving, Christmas, and into the New Year. The flavors in this menu are nostalgic, homey, and just downright comforting! Find classic flavors like eggnog and peppermint, white chocolate + gingerbread, cookie butter, cider, and more below!
Cookie Butter Chai
Chai tea, with its cozy spices of cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon, is a perfect complement to the spicy warmth of Biscoff cookie butter & white chocolate in this new creation. It starts with a white chocolate iced chai latte base, and gets a topping of cookie butter cold foam + Biscoff cookie crumbs sprinkled on top! Pair it with your favorite milk, an extra shot of espresso, and you’re all set for a day of Christmas shopping!
Eggnog Latte
Locally sourced Kilgus Farmstead eggnog meets our signature espresso and spiced gingerbread syrup in this holiday classic. Try it hot or iced, and top it with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon for good measure. This Eggnog Latte is the stuff of Christmas Eve dreams!
Gingerbread House Latte
A classic and creamy white chocolate and gingerbread latte, topped with a snow-capped roof of whipped cream and Christmas sprinkles. Make it your way – hot, iced, or blended. Are those sleigh bells we hear?
Peppermint Cocoa
The star of our holiday show will forever be the pairing of Peppermint and Cocoa. Order this one in your favorite way – a creamy hot cocoa or a blended iced cocoa. Top it with whipped cream, crushed candy cane pieces, and chocolate drizzle. For an extra treat, add a shot of espresso to fuel that last minute gift wrapping spree!
Prancer Twist
A cup of cheer doesn’t come in a more beautiful package than the Prancer Twist! Its bright red cranberry + pomegranate flavors infuse a black tea and white lotus base, topped with an orange slice for a citrusy finish. Iced drinks on a snowy day? We see no problems here.
Solstice Cider
Some of the coziest nights are spent in the glow of the Christmas tree with your favorite people, warm mug of wassail in hand. This blend of chamomile + clementine tea, Vermont apple cider, local honey, and fresh lemon is the perfect caffeine-free way to settle in for the evening.

Chai Spice Muffin (WF)
When sipping on a Cookie Butter Chai isn’t giving you all the festive spices you crave, add this muffin to your morning routine! With cozy cardamom and black tea flavors, it’s infused with the same chai tea used in your favorite Eli’s drinks and gets topped with an oatmeal streusel.
Cranberry Citrus Coffee Cake
Our winter seasonal coffee cake starts with a buttermilk cake base, gets layered with a tart cranberry maceration, and gets topped with a citrus infused streusel and a drizzle of orange frosting.
This recipe got an upgrade from last year! Orange zest added at every step of the process for maximum citrus flavor. A streusel now crowns this cake as well, because why on earth not? It’s the holidays!
Gingerbread Biscotti
I’m calling it. Tis the season. The season where all of Central Illinois falls in love with the simple act of dunking biscotti into their coffee. It’s pure magic.
Biscotti is a twice-baked lightly sweet cookie best eaten alongside (and dipped in) your favorite hot beverage. This version is a spin on a classic gingerbread cookie, with loads of warm spices, a hint of orange zest, and dipped generously in white chocolate.
Nutella Banana Muffin
The return of the year’s most favorite seasonal muffin has arrived! Your love for this rich banana muffin with ribbons of Nutella throughout is unparalleled.
Pro tip :: Ask your barista to warm it in the oven before enjoying. The Nutella goes gooey and is absolute perfection.
Peppermint Mocha Cookie (WF)
You’re talking to a year-round peppermint lover, so I might be a little biased. B U T . This cookie is the stuff of Christmas dreams.
An incredibly fudgy espresso cookie gets a drizzle of white chocolate + candy cane pieces. It’s a perfect addition to your next Christmas cookie exchange!
Spiced Apple Knot
Never have you ever loved a seasonal bakery treat the way you have these apple knots! They rocketed to the top of our bakery sales from the get-go and never left. We couldn’t break your hearts and take them off the menu just yet.
Tart apple filling swirls with caramelized cinnamon + brown sugar in this twist on a cinnamon roll. It’s topped with just a little luscious brown butter icing.
Toasted Pecan Scone
Every warm, wonderful flavor we could imagine can be found in this holiday season’s scone. A brown sugar and spiced scone is studded with oven-toasted pecans, and topped with a thick layer of browned butter + maple glaze. It pairs so perfectly with a cup of Nutcracker Sweet coffee.
