January Donation Creation

Say hello to the Butter Beer Latte

This month we are featuring the:

Butter Beer Latte

Think caramel, cinnamon, French vanilla, English toffee, and plenty of warmth to get you through these bitter winter days! Then top it all off with whipped cream, a dash of cinnamon, and micro marshmallows for fun. This drink is one of the most beloved Donation Creations – stop in and see what all the hype is about!

January’s Donation Creation is going out to two different local organizations with similar missions. Donations from the Morton, Tremont, and Metamora shops are going to Apostolic Christian LifePoints and donations from the Metamora shop are going to Snyder Village’s Resident In Need Fund!

AC LifePoints serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in order to increase their independence, regardless of their ability to pay. They are licensed and funded by the Illinois Department of Public Health and the Illinois Department of Human Services. AC LifePoints provides care through several different facilities: Timber Ridge, Oakwood & Linden Estates, Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA’s). To learn more about AC LifePoints and the work they’re doing to serve those in our community with intellectual/developmental disabilities, please visit their website.

Snyder Village’s Residents In Need Fund is a special fund that allows Snyder Village to continue to care for their residents who have exhausted their personal funds and can no longer cover the costs of the care they require. Donations to this fund will ensure that Snyder Village is able to continue to provide their excellent service to those who need it, regardless of their financial situation. You can learn more about Snyder Village by visiting their website.
