Common questions

I had an Eli's Card. Did my points transfer over?

Yes! If you had a phone number attached to your Eli’s Card account, we migrated your old points and multiplied them by 5 to match the new system. If you didn’t have a phone number attached to your account, please follow this link to migrate your Eli’s Card profile to Eli’s Rewards.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you have earned enough points, you can log into your account and view your Point Shop. From there, you can purchase the items you’d like and redeem them in the shop. Just show the redeem code to your Barista or ask them to use one of your rewards.

Will my points ever expire?

Points never expire but any rewards or gifts that you receive will expire within 90 days (unless otherwise noted) if not used.

I forgot to add my phone number to a past order.

If you forgot to add your phone number to a past order, you have 48 hours to redeem your lost points. You’ll need to have either the order number from your receipt, or the last 4 digits of the credit card used to pay for the order. Follow this link to get started.

I had money on my Eli's Card. Can I still use that?

Yes. You will still be able to use your card balance, even if you don’t have your physical card with you. Just give your Barista your first and last name. Once our app is launched, you will also be able to transfer your balance to our in-app wallet.
