New Year’s Resolutions are in full swing and Eli’s is here to help! You may not know but we have a lot of healthier options to choose from when picking out your drinks or grabbing something to eat for lunch.
Coffee: Ditch dairy in your morning latte or coffee and switch to almond or soy milk instead! Nut milks contain far more nutrients than dairy milk and fewer calories.
Smoothies: Some newer customers may not realize that we serve amazing smoothies. These are great for after a workout or as a breakfast replacement. Our smoothies start with your choice of real fruit, topped with low fat yogurt and orange juice. You can then add flax seed, spinach, or protein powder for that extra boost. No added sugar or weird powder mixes here!
Deli: Skip the fast food line and swing by Eli’s for a healthy breakfast! We have a delicious egg white sandwich that tops out at just 220 calories. Also available is our ever-popular yogurt parfait. They contain low fat vanilla yogurt, mixed berries, and our homemade granola. Finally, round out your lunch with our salad options. Our House Salad is a crowd pleaser that contains fresh spring mix, all white meat chicken, grapes, apples, pecans, cranberries, and feta cheese with our house-made balsamic vinaigrette.
