All ages can get excited about cookies + cream and fruity lemonades. Parents always deserve a treat in the form of a macchiato or cold-foam-topped iced coffee.

Cherry Limeade Twist

Oh cherry limeade. Why are you so refreshing? Why do you instantly transport me to a Fourth of July barbeque, trying my best to sink bags into a cornhole board? Whatever the reason, never stop.

Our version is a punchy, refreshing Twist with cherry, fresh lime, energizing White Lotus, and a touch of sparkling water for a fizzy finish.

Cookies & Cream Frappe

Congrats! You’ve just found your perfect post-pool day treat! Sip on this frappe, blended with real Oreo® cookie crumbles, coffee, and white + dark chocolate, topped with whipped cream and a few extra cookie crumbles.

Dark Pistachio Macchiato

Guaranteed to turn heads at the tee-ball game. Layers of Dark Chocolate, Pistachio, espresso, and your favorite milk come one after the other in this showstopper of a Macchiato. We love how subtly the flavors of pistachio and dark chocolate pair together, and it just looks fun too! Enjoy this one hot or over ice. Pro tip: drink this one with a straw for maximum layering!

Matcha Colada

A matcha made in paradise, this refreshing lemonade-based creation brings pineapple and coconut flavors to matcha’s herbal sweetness. It gets topped with a little fizzy sparkling water. Besides being bright and beautifully naturally green, it packs a punch of caffeine similar to your regular latte!

Salty Coconut Cold Brew

Our signature smooth cold brewed coffee is sweetened with a touch of coconut and topped with a rich crown of salted caramel cold foam + a drizzle of extra caramel. Close your eyes – this is a taste of that tropical getaway, right here in the Midwest.

Strawberry Blended Lemonade

Creamy meets sweet meets tart. You’ll get all the bright sharpness of lemonade, with the sweetness of real strawberries blended into a creamy blended vanilla base. This has become a summertime staple around Eli’s – can’t wait to serve them up once again!

Summer doesn’t immediately scream ‘let’s bake something!’ but nevertheless, it holds some of your favorite bakery treats of the whole year! Garden produce and lighter flavors shine through this season’s sweets.

Blueberry Lemon Scone

When you’re as perfect as a Blueberry Lemon Scone, one season just isn’t enough! Fresh blueberries get folded into our lemon zested, buttery scone base, and then drizzled with a little bit of sweet lemon glaze.

Chocolate Zucchini Muffin

Looking for a sweeter start to your day? Chocolate Zucchini muffins certainly do that, and woah do they pair great with a simple cup of coffee. Sip of coffee, bite of muffin, and repeat.

These seasonal muffins are studded with enough zucchini to make you feel a little less worried about the mini chocolate chips right beside ‘em in every bite. 

Banana Bread Cookie (WF)

I wanted to name these spiced banana bread chocolate chunk cookies, but Weston said that was too many words. Can you believe I live with this kind of negativity?

That didn’t stop me from packing these perfectly soft + chewy, wheat-free banana cookies with all the things; loads of cinnamon + nutmeg reminiscent of our beloved banana bread, plus both mini chocolate chips and chocolate chunks for loads of chocolate in every bite. A little flaky sea salt on top balances out all that richness!

Rhubarb Coffee Cake

File this one under ‘church cookbook classics’! This brown sugar crumb cake is studded with sharp, fresh rhubarb and graced with a topping of spiced pecan streusel, making it a perfect Midwest treat. We source our rhubarb from a customer’s garden while it’s in season, so hurry in.

Raspberry Almond Bar

Expect a buttery shortbread base, sandwiched with plenty of sweet raspberry jam, a layer of sliced almonds, and a granola + shortbread crumb topping. It’s decadent, a classic perfect for a picnic, and back just through the end of the summer.
