Weekend Refresh

We’re excited to share with everyone some changes that are coming this weekend to Eli’s! We’ve been working very hard to improve ourselves every day and sometimes that means making some big changes. Starting on Saturday, August 20th, we’ll be closing both shops at 5pm. We will then be closed on Sunday, the 21st all day to make these changes. We apologize for the closure but it will ensure that we can get everything accomplished without interfering with customer service. Below is a preview of some of the updates we’ll be making over the weekend:

New menu boards: Each shop will be receiving new menu boards with printed prices instead of hand-drawn. The new boards will more clearly display our items and prices in a much more useful fashion, allowing customers to easily find what they want.

 
Updated Pricing: We have updated our pricing on almost all items. We chose to do this because the new pricing is much easier to understand and better reflects size changes (ex. Going from a 16oz to a 20oz drink)

Customer Loyalty Program: We’re super excited to show you our new loyalty program. We’ve expanded on what made the old program great and will now be rewarding our Eli’s Card customers with every purchase they make and allowing for more items than ever to be redeemed for free.

New POS (Point of Sale) System: Finally, the change that everyone has been waiting for is here! We’re replacing our old, outdated POS system with something completely new. This new system is iPad based and will make checking out faster, easier, and more secure.

While we’re thrilled to introduce these updates, we do kindly ask that you figure a few extra minutes into your Eli’s stop for the first couple weeks. New systems always take a little while to get used to so checkouts will be slightly delayed until customers, and employees become accustomed to the updated pricing and POS system. We have the best customers in the world so it’s hard to ask any more of you but we are requesting some additional grace and patience when visiting the shops at first.
