Can I order a single physical gift card?
Yes! Single gift cards can be ordered via this link and are mailed to your shipping address in 2-3 business days.
How do I redeem an e-Gift Card?
If you have received an e-Gift Card, the balance will be automatically added to your Eli’s Rewards account. If you do not already have an account, one will be created using your phone number. To pay for an order with your e-Gift Card balance, you simply need to enter your phone number at checkout.
Can gift card orders be refunded?
Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds on e-Gift Cards or physical gift card purchases.
How are e-Gift Cards delivered?
Your recipient will receive an email with your gift & message. The gift amount will be automatically added to their Eli’s Rewards account and be ready to use in our shops or online. If they do not have an Eli’s Rewards account yet, one will be created and the balance will be added automatically.
Can gift cards be used on a mobile order?
e-Gift Cards can be used on any mobile order as long as you log in with your phone number. Physical gift cards are not available as a payment method on mobile orders at this time.
Do you sell gift cards in your shops?
Yes! Physical Eli’s Gift Cards of any amount may be purchased at all of our locations. All gift cards are able to be used at any Eli’s location regardless of where they were purchased.
