Downloading the App
The Eli’s app can be downloaded from the Apple app store and the Google Play Store:
Signing Up / Logging In
The Eli’s app is best used by having an Eli’s Rewards account. With an account, you’ll be able to earn points on orders to redeem for drinks and food, as well as load money to your account to pay for orders.
Note: Your device must be able to receive SMS messages in order to log in or sign up.
Once you have the app downloaded, you’ll see the home screen:
You may choose to use the app as-is, but be aware that many of the app functions will ask you to create an account or log in.
Logging In
To log into the app, tap the Login Now button, as shown above. You’ll be taken to this screen:
If you already have an Eli’s Rewards account, tap on the Login button. You’ll be asked to enter and confirm your phone number.
When typing in your phone number, be sure to enter your full 10 digit number beginning with area code. Do not type any characters like parentheses or hyphens. (i.e. 1112223333).
Tap the Login button. Your phone will be sent an SMS message with a 4 digit login code. Once you receive the code, type it into verification screen.
As soon as you have typed the code in, your app will automatically log you in.
Signing Up
If you do not have an an Eli’s Rewards account, tap the Sign Up button. This will take you to the sign up page:
Fill out the form, and tap the Sign Up button at the bottom of the screen. This will activate your account and will take you back to the home screen.
