- Download the Eli’s Rewards app and get logged in with your Rewards account.
- Visit your favorite shop and place an in-person or mobile order of at least $5.
- Keep placing orders at least once per week. On your tenth order, you’ll unlock Regular Status!

Is this different that Eli’s Rewards?
No, Eli’s Regulars is a way for us to reward our most loyal Eli’s Rewards members. Eli’s Regulars works on top of our existing rewards program.
How often do I need to place orders?
Orders must be placed at least once per week in order to grow or maintain your progress or status. For orders to count, they must also be 24 hours apart.
What happens if I go more than a week without placing an order?
Depending on how many visits you already have earned, your progress will reset to the following levels without placing an order:
– One-two weeks: reset to 8 visits if over 8.
– Two-3 weeks: reset to 4 visits if over 4.
– One month: reset to 0 visits.
If I lose my Eli’s Regular status, can I get it back?
Absolutely! Check on your app progress and it will tell you how many more orders you need to place to regain your Eli’s Regular status.
Terms & Conditions
The Eli’s Regular program is only available to registered Eli’s Rewards members who have downloaded and signed into the Eli’s Rewards app. By participating in the program, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions. Participation is not required and may be opted out of by contacting our customer care team.
Participating customers must place a qualifying order at least once per week in order to grow their Eli’s Regular progress. After ten qualifying visits, the customer will be rewarded with Eli’s Regular status. Once the status is achieved, customers must continue placing qualifying orders at a frequency of at least one order every 0-6 days.
In order for an order to qualify towards Eli’s Regular visits, the pre-tax, pre-tip order must be greater than $5.00. Orders may be placed no more than once per 24 hours. The following items do not count toward order totals: Gift Cards, Eli’s Credit reloads, or any catering purchases such as On-the-Run Boxes. Orders that have been refunded will no longer qualify.
Progress towards Eli’s Regular status is grown or maintained by placing orders every 0-6 days. The following “burndown” process occurs when visits are not met. Not ordering between 7-14 days will reset order totals to 8 if the customer has made 9 or 10 (Eli’s Regular) orders. If the number of orders are less than 8, order totals will remain the same. Not ordering between 14-29 days will reset order totals to 4 if the customer has made between 5-8 orders. If the number of orders are less than 5, order totals will remain the same. Not ordering for 30+ days will reset all order totals back down to 0 regardless of current totals.
Participating customers who achieve Eli’s Regular status will earn the following rewards (perks) for as long as their Eli’s Regular status is maintained. Eli’s Regulars earn 2X (10) Eli’s Rewards points for every dollar they spend on orders. Points are earned on pre-tax, pre-tip purchases only and are not earned on Gift Cards, Eli’s Credit reloads, or any catering purchases. Eli’s Regulars will receive a gift for a free bakery treat or Daily Grind coffee up to one time per month after completing a successful purchase. The gift expires in 5 days after it has been received. Eli’s Regulars will also qualify for $1.00 Bottomless Coffees, Bottomless Iced Coffee, and Bottomless Iced Teas with no limits on number of times ordered.
The Eli’s Regular program does not replace, remove, or disqualify any of the existing Eli’s Rewards Terms and Conditions.
