Claim Lost Points

If you didn’t get your phone number added to a past order, you can redeem those points within seven days using the form below:

  • If you have your order number from the receipt, we’ll be able to automatically add those points to your Eli’s Rewards account.
  • If you don’t have a receipt, we’ll need the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
  • If you don’t have a receipt or didn’t pay with a credit/debit card, unfortunately there is no way for us to look up your order.
