Claim Lost Points

If you didn’t get your phone number added to a past order, you can redeem those points within seven days using the form below:

  • If you have your order number from the receipt, we’ll be able to automatically add those points to your Eli’s Rewards account.
  • If you don’t have a receipt, we’ll need the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
  • If you don’t have a receipt or didn’t pay with a credit/debit card, unfortunately there is no way for us to look up your order.

Enter your email address in the event that we need to contact you for further assistance.
You can find your order number near the top of your receipt. It should look like this: Order # 0000000
Enter the last 4 digits of the credit card you used to pay for your order.
