Earning points through Eli’s Rewards is easy. Simply give your phone number to your Barista each time you’re placing an order. Make sure to give your phone number to your Barista before your order is complete. 

Rewards points are earned on all items in our shops with the following exceptions.

  • Gift card purchases (points are earned when purchasing other items with gift cards)
  • Any items which are part of our catering menu
    • Breakfast Boxes
    • Dessert Boxes
    • Fruit, Grecian, and Veggie Trays
    • Grandma Jacob’s Cake
    • On-the-Run Boxes
    • Take n Bake Scones
    • Wrap Trays
    • Any other Special Orders
  • Any fees such as room rental, donations, or tips.

If you forget to give your Barista your phone number, you have 48 hours to redeem the points for your order. Points can be redeemed by following this link: https://www.eliscoffee.com/rewards/redeem-lost-points/
